Requirements:
- 🔸 Senior+ UA specialist in In-App
- 🔸 Strong knowledge of Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity, IronSource, Liftoff, etc.
- 🔸 Proven experience scaling campaigns from scratch
- 🔸 Proficiency with Appsflyer / Adjust / AppMetrica
- 🔸 Experience with ad, hybrid, and subscription monetization
- 🔸 Ability to adapt strategies for each source, GEO, and audience
Responsibilities:
- ▪️ Define the strategic direction of UA and identify new growth opportunities
- ▪️ Quickly explore new traffic sources, evaluate potential, and integrate them into workflows
- ▪️ Search for and scale new sources (TapJoy, Adjoe, MiAds, Kwai, etc.)
- ▪️ Optimize media buying and improve efficiency of current channels
- ▪️ Test hypotheses, identify growth points, and optimize creative performance
- ▪️ Lead and mentor a team of traffic managers
- ▪️ Manage and optimize budgets starting from $1M+ monthly
Nice to have:
- 🔸 Experience with alternative sources (TapJoy, Adjoe, MiAds, Kwai, etc.)
- 🔸 Experience with Web/Social/Google traffic
- 🔸 Experience managing and scaling a UA team
