Performance Marketing Manager – Fast-Growth Wellness App 📱🧠

Propel is partnering with one of the most innovative wellness and meditation apps in the market, a science-backed, immersive experience that uses light, colour and visual stimulation to help users destress, refocus and reach deep meditative states without needing years of practice.

Built in collaboration with neuroscientists from leading universities across Germany and the UK, the product delivers powerful, personalised sessions that trigger geometric patterns, colours, cosmic visuals and tunnel-vision effects, each experience shaped by the user’s mental state in that moment.

The app has reached significant consumer traction across the US and UK, and with demand surging, the business is now entering a hyper-growth phase. They’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and scale their mobile experience globally.

What you’ll be doing
  • Acting as the right hand to the Head of Growth, owning day-to-day performance marketing for the app.
  • Leading paid user acquisition across Meta, TikTok and other key channels — from campaign setup to testing, scaling and optimisation.
  • Collaborating with agencies and internal teams to brief, test and refine UGC, creative concepts and ad iterations.
  • Managing mobile tracking, attribution and analytics through platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Mixpanel or similar.
  • Identifying new growth opportunities across audiences, creatives, channels and funnels.
  • Helping build the foundations for future growth hires as the function expands.
What they’re looking for
  • 5+ years’ experience in app-first performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (Meta essential; TikTok highly desirable).
  • A track record of driving app growth through creative iteration, UGC testing and fast-paced experimentation.
  • Confidence working with attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust or Mixpanel.
  • Someone independent, proactive and comfortable running channels end-to-end.
  • A data-driven mindset combined with creativity, curiosity and a love of experimentation.
