The role:
As a member of the Central Business Support team, you may be required to assist in various business support sectors within the North East Lincolnshire Council. There is a vacancy for a full-time permanent Business Support Specialist at the Children's Contact Centre, Riverside.
The role requires a solid background in business support, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position involves interacting with families visiting the centre, providing reception services, and performing a wide range of administrative duties. Additionally, this role offers opportunities to develop skills in financial management, data analysis, service performance, and process improvement. It also allows for the enhancement of marketing and promotional abilities, along with gaining valuable experience in the children's sector.
Key Information:
This position may require you to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Applicants will be required to work on site Monday - Friday, with occasional home working which is dependent on the needs of the services we support.
