Head of Business / Enterprise Architecture – Hybrid

Our insurance client is urgently looking for a Head of Business / Enterprise Architecture to join their team based in London on a permanent basis.

You will come from an insurance background and have a strong understanding and an appreciation of the insurance industry. You will have experience building organisation roadmaps, end-to-end processes and can align the business strategy across Technology, Change and the business itself.

Key Skills
  • Previous experience in building organisational road maps
  • A solid and robust understanding of the insurance industry / business
  • E2E processes and able to translate this into business and technology architecture – piecing it all together
  • Change Management and experience working closely with the COO function
  • Strong when it comes to strategy – aligning Technology, Change and the Business
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including the CTO
