This role is vital in ensuring smooth and compliant export operations while providing stellar support to customers.
- Provide exceptional support to customers regarding export-related inquiries.
- Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices and customs declarations.
- Apply for necessary documentation, such as bills of lading and health certificates.
- Coordinate logistics for export shipments, arranging timely transportation.
- Obtain quotes from couriers and freight forwarders for Air/Sea/Road shipments, and manage bookings.
- Handle incoming emails and calls promptly and professionally.
- Uphold the organisation's Core Values and strive to exceed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- First-class customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Syspro, and Salesforce CRM.
