The Site Experience & Business Lead oversees the E-D2C features and consumer experience on the brand website, with a primary focus on user‑centric site UX. This role leverages data and research to inform site strategy, guiding the prioritisation of experiences, services, and features to maximise user engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, it establishes the design direction for the brand layer, ensuring a cohesive and impactful digital presence.
This is a full‑time position, operating with a hybrid working pattern of three days per week based at Aesop's head office in London Bridge and two days per week remote.
