Qualifications

• Proven experience in system maintenance.
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent request management systems.
• Strong background in MEDITECH or similar EHR systems.
• Effective stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Expanse dictionaries within CDM and Reimbursement.
• Design and test complex rules for accurate reimbursement.
• Track dictionary requests and ensure timely processing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Meditech Expanse.
• Promote best practice and standardisation across services.
