3) Provide simple actionable reports to stakeholders to improve efficiency
4) Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team
5) Maximise the development of your team and educate clients to improve as well

• Leadership: proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
• Impact: track record of implementing scalable, repeatable solutions with meaningful outcomes
Laminar isn’t the place for you if you want an easy, low-challenge role; you prefer to be the smartest person in the room; you don’t welcome honest feedback; or you prefer to work alone rather than as part of a team.
What kinds of projects would I be working on? You will be exposed to several complex environments; Laminar has delivered data centres, major infrastructure programmes, power generation and transmission projects, and high-containment labs and R&D campuses. Projects are dynamic and value learning and value delivery. Case stories are available for reference.
Who are our clients? Major owners/operators and main contractors with project values between £1m and £1bn+ globally.
Where would I be working? A mix of remote and on-site work; travel to sites and clients as needed. Location depends on life and involvement; some time may be from the London office for workshops or meetings.
How does this connect with long-term industry impact? You will document new solutions and evolve existing ones, contributing to a knowledge repository and open-source initiatives. Knowledge captured informs product development and ongoing field testing for rapid iteration and industry-wide benefit.
