Qualifications

• Ability to report on large multi-trade works including codes & full depth reports.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Previous supervisory experience on a maintenance site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the contract dealing with residents and customers.
• Ensure operatives work efficiently and productively.
• Liaise with residents and handle any queries or issues.
• Organise operatives and assist in planning appointments.
