Responsibilities

• Work with the Construction Manager to deliver the scheme.
• Manage and coordinate site activities in line with the programme.
• Review daily outputs and report to the Construction Manager.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Confirm that only adequately trained and experienced operatives are engaged on site.
• Undertake monthly ESH reviews with suppliers and specialists.
• Deliver site inductions and regular toolbox talks.
• Advise the Construction Manager on specialist strengths and concerns.
• Record resources and monitor outputs against programme.
