Job summary
A leading construction company is seeking a Site Supervisor to join the team in Long Bennington on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, knowledge of construction management, and a strong understanding of energy efficiency projects. - NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent in Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related discipline.
- Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- Gold or White CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within retrofit energy efficiency projects.
- Solid understanding of construction techniques and industry standards.
- Full UK driving license.

- Deliver subcontractor inductions and record social value contributions.

- Supervise contractor activities and ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Maintain accurate site records using relevant management systems.
