Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Construction Contracts Manager located in Sale. You will oversee and manage construction contracts from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contract terms, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring all contract obligations are met, monitoring project progress and budgets, addressing any contract-related issues, and maintaining all necessary documentation. The role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and excellent organizational and communication skills.
