Site Supervisor

  • 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
  • NJC pt 4 – 9 (£25,185 - £27,254 per annum, actual salary paid)
  • Required as soon as possible

Role and responsibilities

Our team of talented staff are friendly and professional, fully committed to the educational, pastoral, and well-being needs of our students. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and competent Site Supervisor to join our Academy and be responsible for a wide range of day to day management and operation of premises related functions, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and management of contractors. The role will ensure that the academy gives a positive first impression to all users of the academy site and that pupils, staff, visitors and contractors can work in it effectively and safely, ensuring compliance with legislation and guidance.

What we’re looking for

To succeed, you’ll have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills and have experience of the understanding and application of regulations e.g. health and safety. Being competent at basic building repairs and maintenance and the ability to effectively supervise onsite contractors are essential. You will be joining a dynamic team, who enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students.
