Kingston Barnes is exclusively recruiting a Senior Site Manager for a prestigious regional contractor in Bristol. They have a long‑standing reputation for delivering exceptional new build and refurbishment schemes. With a focus on quality, collaboration, and continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with a dynamic individual to lead a newly awarded project in Bristol.

As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility as the number one on‑site, managing the successful delivery of a project up to £10M in value. You’ll be leading all aspects of site operations – from health & safety and quality control to subcontractor coordination and client liaison. Project types include mixed‑use developments, commercial builds, education, healthcare schemes and industrial, including new build & refurbishments. It is important that you have had experience working for a regional or contractor as a project lead.

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on new build & refurbishment projects (£2M–£10M+)
• Background working with regional or principal contractors
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and client‑facing skills
• Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving ability
