Job summary
A growing construction firm in Leicester is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on an £18m new build project. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with a reputable main contractor and ideally hold a degree in a relevant construction qualification. The role offers excellent career progression opportunities and the support of a full commercial team.

A dynamic, forward-thinking and growing main contractor with a turnover of circa £100m have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a project in Leicester.
The company have been around for approximately 10 years and have continuously grown from strength to strength. They are privately owned and managed by a dynamic team with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry.
They specialise in the delivery of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of sectors including industrial, retail, commercial and infrastructure, between £5m to £30m in value. They offer their key clients services nationwide; they have some excellent lasting relationships and win a lot of repeat business as a result.
They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a £18m new build industrial and commercial project in Leicester which also consists of infrastructure works. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be supported by a full commercial team on site and the project will last for approximately 40 weeks. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding main contractor that work on a range of projects and encourage career progression.
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a reputable main contractor
