Quantity Surveyor (Assistant – Senior) North London – Residential

Salary: Negotiable DOE
Location: North London
Region: London

My client, a residential developer in the Surrey region, specialises in new build Residential houses and apartments and is currently looking to add experienced quantity surveyors to their growing commercial team.

The ideal candidate would have more than 3-5+ years’ experience with a UK residential developer on a permanent basis, working on residential new build projects from inception to completion.

In return, my client can offer a competitive salary (DOE) plus a package and career progression within the company.

A degree/masters in Quantity Surveying is essential. RICS membership and CIOB membership are desirable but not essential.
