Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Social Housing: New Build and Refurbishment Projects) | Permanent | North London

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + package DOE

Location: North London

I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their offices in North London.

The business has been operating for approximately 30 years and specialises in the Social Housing sector. They carry out new build and refurbishment projects between £2m to £10m.

They have a number of projects ongoing and upcoming and are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. They are looking for someone that has at least 2 years’ experience, ideally with a track record of working on both new build and refurbishment projects within the social housing / residential sectors.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Degree / HND Qualified
  • 2 years’ plus experience working for a reputable Main Contractor or Developer
  • Social Housing / Residential experience is preferable
  • Experience working on new build and refurbishment projects is ideal
  • Good commercial skills and awareness
  • Career driven and ambitious
  • Able to commute to North London on a daily basis
