A leading building maintenance company in the City of London is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team in delivering social housing projects. The role involves cost control, contract administration, and procurement to ensure projects meet client and regulatory requirements. Candidates should have strong numerical skills and a relevant qualification or experience in social housing. The position offers a salary between £28,000 to £35,000 along with multiple benefits including career development opportunities.

- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cashflow forecasts.
- Support monitoring project costs against budgets.
- Prepare and assist in monthly commercial reports and financial summaries.
