• A proven Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has commercial experience in refurbishment projects.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, or currently completing one
• A strong understanding of cost management and sub-contractor procurement.

• Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting
• Process Sub contractor requests for payment via application & invoice
• On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers
