- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects across key sectors including Residential & Mixed-Use, Hotels & Leisure, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Education & Commercial.
- Oversee full project lifecycles from pre-contract through to delivery.
- Manage client relationships and support the mentoring and development of junior team members.
- Lead projects across multiple sectors and contribute to the growth and development of the firm.
- MRICS
- Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy environment
- Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
- Proven ability to lead projects across multiple sectors
- Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset
- Ambition to step into Associate Director-level roles
