Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the repair site.

- Handle site management responsibilities, including Health & Safety.
- Ensure Key-to-Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded.
- Manage relationships with work providers and suppliers.

As a Bodyshop Manager you will oversee the daily operations of a very successful repair site. Your role involves:
- Managing the on‑site team of experts – Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimators and all administrative staff.
- Site management, including Health & Safety, Performance Management, Financials and Customer Service, and setting targets.
- Familiarity with Autoflow BMS and Audatex estimating systems.
- Leading by example, promoting a positive work ethic.
- Recruitment and delivering against key performance indicators with senior management.
- Ensuring Key‑to‑Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded.
- Providing strong leadership to direct reports and all site employees to drive performance and achieve financial & operational targets.
- Understanding the business needs, accounts, reports and KPIs.
- Effectively managing site resources and costs to optimise capability and profitability.
- Monitoring individual productive performance to minimise non‑productive time.
- Establishing, maintaining and promoting good working relations with key personnel.
- Holding daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets with team leaders, parts and reception staff.
- Managing work provider and supplier relationships.
- Dealing with any customer issues.
