Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a high volume residential builder.
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.
• Experience of effectively managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations of the development.
• Assist with health and safety procedure management.
• Motivate and manage on-site staff performance.
• Ensure site records are updated and maintained.
• Conform to building regulations and warranty providers’ requirements.

Education

GCSE Maths and English – Grade C / 4 or above

Valid CSCS card
