Job description

Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years experience needed for Financial Services Company specialising in wealth management on the back of a merger between two global brands.

As part of a large-scale digital transformation, they seek a Salesforce Admin who can help in the implementation of a new Salesforce Financial services cloud solution and migration of legacy data to the new system.

  • You will play a crucial role in this transition and provide ongoing optimisation of the Salesforce ecosystem as well as :
  • Administer the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Summarise work flow items into user stories and gather working requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Customise and configure Salesforce features, including but not limited to, workflows, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and other settings.
  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Implement new enhancements including the creation of custom objects, fields, formulas, automated workflows, and approval processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in data management and compliance.
  • Provide user support and training, assisting with issue resolution and promoting Salesforce adoption across the organisation.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to implement improvements and advise stakeholders on potential benefits.
What you bring :
  • 5+ years professional experience of Salesforce administration
  • Experience within in Financial services cloud.
  • Salesforce accreditation's such as Administrator (requirement) or platform app builder (desirable)
  • Experience in working within a team to implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and understanding its components like financial modelling, client life‑cycle management, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop custom solutions and workflows that cater to the intricate needs of wealth managers and their clients
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical solutions and business strategies in the wealth management context
  • Proficiency in aligning Salesforce solutions with industry‑specific regulations and standards, ensuring that all solutions comply with financial industry regulation.
