Marketing Executive

£28k per annum

Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm

Our client based in Wrexham is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. We have an exciting role for an ambitious Marketing Graduate looking to develop a career in Marketing within a fast moving, entrepreneurial business.The role will support all areas of the business including Food Service, Retail and Export markets.The individual will join a talented team and be immersed in all aspects of marketing from data analysis, CRM and campaign management to PR, Blog and report writing and budget tracking.Our clients marketing team create 99% of the marketing content, creative and web development together with packaging and brand work in house and therefore this role provides a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of marketing.

Performance Objectives

·Supporting delivery of the marketing plan to include working with the team to

oMaintain the website through Strappi/CMS.

oBlog, Copy writing, copy checking and PR.

oWorking with the designers to deliver the marketing materials and campaigns such as flyers, newsletters and posters.

oEmail and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

oOccasional attendance at national and regional shows.

oDeveloping launch packs for new products.

·Analysing Data to identify trends, issues and opportunities

oSales, customer, category, campaign and NPD analysis

oCRM (Hubspot).

oPreparing marketing campaign reports and presentation using data analysis tools.

·Marketing Budget

oEnsuring marketing budget is maintained with all proposed and actual spend and reported monthly.

Person Specification

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with all areas of the business.

·The ability to adapt to changing market trends and address challenges that arise during campaigns.

·The ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and branding strategies is crucial.

·Proficiency in analysing data to understand campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

·The ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.

·Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools is often required.

·Understanding business strategy and customer behaviour is important for developing effective marketing strategies.
