Home Business Development and Marketing Manager – Cardiff

Business Development and Marketing Manager – Cardiff

A top-100 UK law firm is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their Cardiff head office. This is a new role within the firm’s wider BD & Marketing team, responsible for coordinating daily business development and marketing activities to support the private wealth group and achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Liaising with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective business development and marketing plans.
  2. Drafting and editing marketing collateral, including web copy, pitch materials, and advertising.
  3. Planning and facilitating seminars, networking events, hospitality, and thought leadership events.
  4. Identifying business development and marketing opportunities for private wealth teams.
  5. Reporting regularly on business development and marketing activities.
  6. Collaborating with the communications team to ensure content for private wealth teams.
  7. Supporting internal projects and ensuring private wealth teams can utilize the firm’s CRM system effectively.
  8. Providing private clients with relevant thought leadership materials such as legal updates and bulletins.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Experience working within a legal or professional services environment.
  2. Knowledge of the private wealth sector.
  3. Experience with CRM systems.
  4. Understanding of digital marketing and traditional marketing methods.
