A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer for a position based in the Haydock area, commutable to Manchester. Are you an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced environment? This is an exciting chance to join a well-established building services company with strong growth across the North West.
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will carry out service, breakdown, and installation work on a range of commercial boilers and heating systems. Youll use your experience to diagnose faults, complete repairs efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Service, repair, and maintain commercial heating and boiler systems.
- Carry out installation work for new and replacement systems.
- Respond to breakdowns and complete callouts when required.
- Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations.
- Complete job sheets and documentation accurately.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Current ACS commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, etc.).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Must be within a commutable distance to Manchester.
- Up to £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Company vehicle and fuel card
- Overtime and callout available
