A leading financial services organization in Greater London is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Enterprise Controls office. You will lead a team of specialists in operational risk support, enhance the risk management framework, and provide insights to improve control environments. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in risk and controls roles, strong communication skills, and relevant qualifications, and will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. The role accommodates a team-led hybrid working arrangement.
We're seeking a Senior Manager to join the 1LoD controls office (Enterprise Controls) and lead a team of specialists delivering operational risk support and performing robust control testing across the Chief Commercial Office and Group Strategy functions.
Acting as a trusted partner to senior business stakeholders, the Senior Manager will d rive adherence to the Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework and b uild risk and control maturity and capability across the Commercial and Strategy functions.
It will l ead a team of Controls experts to deliver high-quality risk assessments, expert advice, and control design and effectiveness testing as well as p rovide actionable insights that strengthen the control environment and support strategic objectives.
The role holder will also a ct as a senior point of contact and expert leader for first-line risk matters, equipping business leaders and governance forums with rich insights and MI.

This role can operate from either our Head Office campus in Binley, Coventry or our Manchester office but as a Group role, travel to both locations will be required. A team-led hybrid working arrangement is in place.
