Job description
Overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Retrofit Assessor to join our client's team in Peterborough. This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Peterborough with field travel required.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct retrofit assessments, air tightness testing, EPC, and modelling to support project delivery.
  • Lead a team of two direct reports and act as the main point of contact for the Decarbonisation Division.
  • Ensure PAS 2030/2035 compliance and quality assurance of external PAS consultants reviewing design specifications.
  • Work closely with Contracts Managers to oversee end‑to‑end contract management, including preparation of the PAS2030/35 Plan.
  • Implement and enforce the company HSEQ processes and policies, ensuring team adherence to the highest standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role; level 4 in Construction or Management (or equivalent) or extensive related experience.
  • Valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months; company vehicle to be provided.
  • Knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 and experience in social housing asset management is desirable.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Risk Management (Desirable).
  • CSCS Card – Black (or working towards).
  • Retrofit Coordinator training or other sustainability/retrofit related qualification.
  • Retrofit Assessor qualification.
  • Air testing qualification.
