Hello, I'm Owen, Recruitment Manager for Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group.

We're seeking an outstanding Staff Nurse to join our team at Holmesview in Broxburn or Kirk Lane in Livingston, West Lothian, both top-performing homes in the area. Full-time, part-time, or bank positions are available.

Job Purpose

To deliver professional clinical nursing care to residents, providing leadership, adhering to NMC standards, and supporting the Home Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of nursing care
• Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, visitors
• Support and supervise junior staff
• Assist the Home Manager in daily operations
• Lead by example in appearance and conduct
• Maintain accurate records and care plans

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Minimum 12 months post-grad experience in elderly care settings; newly qualified nurses considered
• Experience with dementia care and clinical support
• Good time management and workload prioritization
• Ability to advise and guide staff, residents, families
• Problem-solving skills in a nursing home context
• Strong communication skills, report writing, care planning
• Ability to handle complex issues appropriately
