A community health provider in Norwich is seeking a Bank Wing Pharmacy Technician to manage medication and support high-quality pharmaceutical care in a secure environment. Responsibilities include administering medication, maintaining safety standards, and participating in audits. Ideal candidates will have registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council and IT skills. As a Bank Wing Pharmacy Technician, your days will be rewarding and varied, working in a wing/ward environment where you will be responsible for the administration of medication to patients and the associated medication management activities, including audits and stock checks under the direction of the Clinical Lead and the Pharmacist Manager.
You will be expected to work autonomously within guidelines, standard operating procedures and Medicine Policy.

As a Bank Wing Pharmacy Technician, you will be working as part of the HCRG Care Group Team at HMP Norwich.

Ideal Candidate
You will need to be a Pharmacy Technician who is currently registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and has experience within a hospital, primary care or community background.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages – i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
