A leading automotive recruitment agency seeks an experienced MET Technician/Fitter in Yate, UK. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to high standards. A fully qualified NVQ Level 3 technician is preferred, and the position offers a competitive salary up to £45,760 with OTE of £50,760. Our Motor Trade Client is an automotive accident repairer based in Quedgeley and they require an experienced MET Technician/Fitter to join their busy team of Bodyshop productive.
- Starting salary between £20-22 per hour.
- Uncapped monthly bonus schemes plus guaranteed average bonus when you're on holiday.
- Overtime, subject to availability, paid at the standard rate.

- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our client’s high standards.
- Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in the role.
- To identify additional repair work and liaise with the Bodyshop advisor.
- Communicating effectively with other team members.
- Carry out quality controls.
- Attends regular safety training to review work safety rules.
- Ensures the maintenance of tools, equipment, and other materials.
- Performs other reasonable activities from time to time.
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- ATA qualification would be beneficial.
- Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centre.
For your hard work as a MET Technician/Fitter for our client you will be paid up to £45,760 with OTE circa of £50,760.
