Job description

We have immediate career opportunities for experienced Motor Vehicle Technicians to join our client’s premium car group in Redhill, Surrey.

Are you a qualified Level 3 Motor Vehicle Technician and/or MOT Tester, who is traveling out of the area? Or do you live within a commutable distance to Redhill and seek a new challenge with training and development? We want to hear from you!

As a Technician, you will be working in a fast‑paced and challenging work environment with a focus on “fixing it right first time.”

You will have opportunities to train, develop your skills, earn an achievable bonus overtime and receive an array of company benefits, including access to a car scheme.

What’s needed from you?

Experience as a City & Guilds, NVQ, IMI Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester. Time‑served dealership experience is a plus!

You simply need to have the passion to deliver high levels of customer service through your quality of work, along with a “first‑time fix” approach. This company will assist you with training and with developing your skills!

The Package

Basic: £29,800 to £40,800, dependent upon your level of experience and expertise; with a competitive bonus package and the opportunity to further enhance your earnings with overtime.
