Job summary
A leading architectural firm in Greater London is seeking a skilled architect to lead the delivery of medium-to-large mixed-use residential projects. Candidates must be ARB and RIBA chartered with at least 2 years of post-Part III experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max is essential. Produce and audit Revit models, drawings and specifications to BIM Level 2 standards
Advise clients on Building Regulations compliance, fire safety and sustainability targets
ARB and RIBA chartered with 2+ years post-Part III
Proven track record on residential projects above £25 million construction value
Revit expert, competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3ds Max
Strong written and verbal communication, able to lead client conversations
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC and relevant British Standards
Hybrid pattern: three days in studio, two days remote + benefits
