Qualifications

This is a pivotal role within our development function supporting the successful delivery of hospitality projects from concept through to completion. Reporting to the CEO COO CFO and Developments Director youll play a key part in ensuring our developments are financially sound efficiently procured and aligned with our long-term strategic goals. Please note that the working location of this vacancy is negotiable.

About the role :

  • Prepare cost estimates Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed cost plans for development projects
  • Conduct feasibility analyses and participate in design reviews to assess financial impact
  • Lead tendering processes including bid evaluations documentation and contract preparation
  • Manage commercial and contractual aspects including variations claims and compliance
  • Use the Fu3e platform to track expenditure forecast costs and provide real-time project reporting
  • Collaborate with Finance and Development teams to ensure projects remain within budget
  • Champion community-based and socially responsible development practices

About you :

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying (RICS AIQS or equivalent preferred)
  • Relevant experience ideally within hospitality development or large-scale construction projects
  • Strong financial analytical and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and cost management software such as AutoCAD CostX or Primavera
  • Deep understanding of construction standards contract law and stakeholder management
  • Collaborative and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities
