We are a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding area, with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in providing housing to those in need and aim to be a great landlord for our customers.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Neighbourhood Officer to join our Neighbourhoods Team. You will contribute to sustainable communities through managing a wide range of tenancy management issues and the efficient letting of empty properties, helping to improve lives.

The role holder will apply effective case management to support and signpost customers to ensure they can sustain their addition. They will manage the customer's tenancy in accordance with tenancy terms to reduce tenancy breaches and, where necessary, provide tenancy warnings.

To succeed you’ll have a working knowledge of housing law with experience of working with challenging and vulnerable customers in a face‑to‑face, customer‑focused environment. You will also have experience of facilitating multi‑agency meetings with partners and will be comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
