We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee development projects, working closely with developers, product managers, and the CTO. The role requires a strong understanding of Node.js, experience with product launches, and familiarity with peer-to-peer systems, preferably built on the Holepunch stack.

• Lead and plan daily development activities.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle.
• Resolve technical issues and guide the team.
• Ensure project timelines are met.
• Improve development processes.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.

• 5+ years in a leadership role managing multiple projects.
• 2+ years of experience in Node.js development.
• Basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems.
• Experience with Python, C++, or Rust is a plus.
• Proven success in product launches.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with modern development practices like CI/CD, testing, and agile methodologies.
