Project Manager (Automotive / Logistics) Redditch | Competitive salary | Full-time, office-based. Our prestigious client are looking for an experienced Project / Launch Manager to join a leading automotive operation in Redditch. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven background in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers for smooth execution
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships at all levels
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver customer value
• Perform risk management and resolve project challenges quickly
