Job description

Are you a Senior Project Manager looking for your next opportunity? I\'m currently representing a leading Manufacturing company based in Bradford and they\'re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They are hiring as they are in growth mode and have multiple projects ongoing and coming up.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from customer order through design, manufacture, delivery, installation, and commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage a team of three experienced Project Managers and one Apprentice, conducting regular project reviews, monthly one-to-ones, and annual appraisals to support performance and development.
  • Produce and report on detailed project programmes, aligning with key departmental objectives and wider business goals through monthly updates and progress tracking.
  • Liaise with customers on changes to requirements, coordinate with Technical/CAD teams for drawing revisions, and handle variation pricing, interim valuations, and final invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and Health & Safety regulations, authoring site-specific RAMS and leading ongoing reviews to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct site surveys and oversee installations, validating design accuracy, monitoring quality, recording non-conformances, and facilitating lessons learnt sessions to avoid repeat issues.
Essential Experience
  • Project management experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally within the acoustic container and enclosure sectors
  • Proven experience in team leadership or management, as the role offers a clear progression path into senior responsibility
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, customer-facing role
