A reputable client in the legal industry is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team in London. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, managing accounts payable, and supporting legal professionals with ad-hoc accounting tasks. Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the legal sector.
- Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review client invoices.
- Post client-related search fees.
- Check and code accounts payable invoices.
- Manage intercompany recharge invoices, including balance agreements.
- Assemble receipts and coding for corporate credit card statements.
- Produce weekly and monthly timekeeper reports.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks to support lawyers.
