Our reputable client in the legal industry are looking for a new Accounts Assistant to join their growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior finance professional to join a growing team and expand their knowledge and understanding of essential financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review client invoices
  • Post client-related search fees
  • Check and code accounts payable invoices
  • Manage intercompany recharge invoices (payable & receivable), including balance agreements and settlements
  • Assemble receipts, narratives, and coding for corporate credit card statements
  • Produce weekly and monthly timekeeper reports
  • Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks to support lawyers and senior finance leaders
What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role (legal sector experience a bonus)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
