Job Title: Sales Support Role

Our prestigious client, an established and successful supplier of a wide range of Graphic Communication Products, is seeking a Sales Support professional to join their West London office. The role offers a salary of £27,000 to £32,000 / DOE plus bonus, and is based in London.

1. Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers, ensuring first-class service at all times.
2. Support the outside sales team through effective communication and team collaboration.
3. Process orders, manage quotations, and handle product samples.
4. Perform administrative duties and proactive sales activities.
5. Utilize computerised stock and order systems efficiently.

• Experience in inbound/outbound telephone sales.
• Familiarity with computerised stock and order management systems.
• Candidates with backgrounds in Print, Packaging, or Supplies Sales will be considered equally.

• Role reports to the Sales Office Manager.
