- Active involvement across the entire deal lifecycle
- Supporting the origination and execution of investment opportunities
- Preparing detailed financial models, investment committee materials, and managing due diligence processes
- Playing a key role in asset management
- Engaging with portfolio company management, contributing to board meetings, and assisting with quarterly client reporting
- Experience from a private equity fund, investment bank, or leading consultancy, with a preference for prior investing experience
- Exceptional analytical skills, critical thinking, and sound commercial judgment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with management teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in a second language (preferably Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, or French)
