Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Product Analyst for a Financial Services organization in London. In this role, you will leverage data to generate insights that support product decision-making. Responsibilities include analyzing product performance and making recommendations based on your findings. Candidates should have strong SQL and/or Python skills, experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, and at least 3 years working in a Product team. This position requires attendance at the office for 3 days per week.
Qualifications

- Ability to measure metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, churn.
Responsibilities

Arcus Search are looking for a Product Analyst for a Financial Services organisation based in London.
Key details are below:
Reporting to: Director of Product
Location: Central London - 3 days a week in the office
Salary: up to £70k
This position will sit across a suite of three products, and will be responsible for leveraging data to generate actionable insights and support product decision‑making. You will specialise in analysing product performance, building reports and dashboards, and translating findings into recommendations that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.
- Strong in SQL and/or Python
- Experienced in Power BI / Tableau / Looker / or equivalent
- 3+ years working in a Product team
- Ability to measure metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, churn
