We’re working with a fast-growing global business that is expanding its Finance function and now seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this is a high-impact role central to financial insight, strategic decision-making, and driving best-practice across the team. This position is ideal for a proactive, analytical finance professional who thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders.

The Role

You’ll support core FP&A activities such as forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering while helping to enhance reporting, data capabilities, and processes as the organisation continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report key financial and operational trends, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting, including modelling, scenario planning, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to business units, providing clear commercial insight.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to deliver accurate reporting
  • Drive automation, process improvements, and the development of clear dashboards and visualisations.
  • Provide consistent, reliable reporting to senior management along with ad-hoc commercial analysis.
