• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st Line IT technical support for end users.

• Log and categorize customer interactions accurately.

Skills

Experience in a similar 1st Line Support role

Excellent customer facing communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Understanding of Information Technology using Microsoft tools

Awareness of ITIL processes
