Job summary
A well-established service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated technician to deliver an on-site hose replacement service. The role includes promoting products, managing a Mobile Sales & Service Unit, and adhering to safety practices. Candidates should possess a full UK driving license, a background in a technical environment, and strong communication skills. The position requires maintaining high standards of service and attending training as needed. This is a hands-on role requiring physical dexterity and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Good personal presentation and adherence to policy and procedures.
- Successful completion of the induction and training programmes and subsequent on-site assessments as requested.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional on-site hose replacement service to customers.
- Promote products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain health and safety practices including use of personal protective equipment.
- Manage the Mobile Sales & Service Unit (MSSU) including stock levels and maintenance checks.
- Assist colleagues within the franchise when requested.
- Attend training courses as requested.
