A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain environmental conditions in Plymouth. Key responsibilities include carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 qualification and up to 2 years' experience in electrical facilities. As the Facilities Technician, onsite at BD Plymouth, you will ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times with regard to critical building systems. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical and electrical systems within the site.
Possess the ability to demonstrate relevant knowledge of, HV and LV electrical services, control panels, AHU's, pumps and motors which will include the ability to fault find with the help of the BMS and the utilisation of current alarm data.
