Job description

An innovative and highly esteemed boutique Investment Management firm based in the heart of the West End are actively seeking a brilliant professional, bright and can-do Office Manager and EA to start asap for a 6-month duration.

This role could potentially extend after the 6-month duration too, but this is not guaranteed.

This role will support the 2 Partners with key vital traditional EA duties as well as overseeing all Office Management duties.

Duties will include:

  • Diary and Inbox management
  • Travel arranging and Itinerary/Visa scheduling
  • Expense processing
  • PowerPoint presentation creation
  • Excel spreadsheet management
  • Event management
  • Fixing Office IT issues
  • Ordering and collecting Office supplies
  • Ordering and collecting Office lunches
  • Setting up new starters
