Job summary

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a challenging environment and support a multi-disciplinary team of clinical staff providing healthcare services to offenders? Spectrum Community Health Services are currently recruiting for a committed and highly motivated Healthcare Administrator to join the friendly healthcare team at His Majesty's Prison Forest Bank. HMP Forest Bank is a Category B reception prison serving the courts of the Greater Manchester adult males over the age of 18.

Main duties

The post holder will provide comprehensive administration and information services within the Prison Healthcare Department. They will work as part of the administration team to provide high quality clerical and administrative duties for the Physical Health and Clinical Substance Misuse Services within HMP Forest Bank. The post holder will provide excellent administration and communication skills and work flexibly in response to the service needs. The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of administrative support and will be line managed and supported on a day-to-day basis by the Administration Team Lead and Practice Manager.

Essential Qualifications
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
  • NVQ Level III in Administration or Secretarial or equivalent
