Responsibilities
- Raise sales invoices promptly and accurately.
- Process credits and adjustments as needed.
- Maintain debtor reports and support credit control activities.
- Prepare and allocate daily bank reconciliations and cash reports.
- Support cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
- Assist the Accounts Manager with year-end audits and preparation of management accounts.
- Process supplier payments efficiently.
- Assist in data processing for time sheets, holiday entitlements and pensions.
